All Covenant Thread Co. products are made to order. Production typically begins within 1–5 business days after an order is placed

Estimated delivery times vary based on the product, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after production is complete.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through Etsy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Covenant Thread Co., returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with Etsy’s policies and Printify’s production guidelines.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Returns, refunds, or replacements may only be considered if the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a verified production or fulfillment error.
